My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, especially the spacious bathroom which was a real treat. However, the issue with the AC not functioning properly was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the hotel is impeccably clean overall.

Ezgi on the front desk was very helpful. The service was good and friendly, especially from a room maid who was so on top of her job. The hotel's location was ideal, right beside the tram stop, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The dining experience was quite nice, although a bit expensive.
