My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, especially the spacious bathroom which was a real treat. However, the issue with the AC not functioning properly was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the hotel is impeccably clean overall.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the tram station with easy access to most attractions. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service is commendable, with staff going out of their way to accommodate guests. However, the dining experience could be improved as the variety is limited. Overall, the value for money is excellent due to the great price and location.

The hotel offers a relaxing stay with a nice jacuzzi in the bedroom for unwinding after a busy day, although some areas show signs of age. Unfortunately, no complimentary water is provided in the rooms.

The hotel's location was ideal, right beside the tram stop, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The dining experience was quite nice, although a bit expensive. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
